In the last four years, I have taken classes, studied from the internet, read several books, worked with various mentors and business coaches and also have taken advantage of my local area group SCORE which helps small business learn how to start and run successful businesses. All of this to learn, grow, and better serve the wonderful customers we have acquired and continue to acquire.
Jennifer has been a friend of mine for years and started helping at home parties in late 2012, and in the spring of 2013 became a regular presence helping with creating jewelry, filling orders and various stuff related to the business. Under my direct supervision, she had learned quite well to make current designs and working with customers. This has allowed me to concentrate on new designs and growing the business. We make a terrific team and she has been a huge help in the growth of Kelly Mae Kreations, and I look forward to many years of a great relationship! - It is also a great way for us to spend time together as well. :)
